There's something nasty happening aboard a derelict freighter:
its occupants are being drained of body fluids - harvested
by a bloody-thirsty race of predators. But despite some Vulcan
wisdom Captain Archer decides to investigate, only to end
up as the next item on the menu.
In
Fight or Flight Jolene
Blalock turns in a cold and nasty performance while all around
her fumble to find their new characters. Apart from that Fight
of Flight is wholly unremarkable. There's some early season
bonding and a worm in a jar but nothing adds up to very much.
Slow and just a bit dull.

Oh
look! A planet just like Earth. But no, wait... there's something
nasty hidden in the darkness. something evil.
In
Strange
New World
the crew of the Enterprise
goes camping, gets hay fever, starts seeing things and goes
mad. Shock horror, there are no aliens 'out there' in the
dark, it's a mind-bending pollen blown down from the mountains.
Yawn...
