I've been a regular visitor to your site for over two years now (although I've still never been lucky enough to win anything on your comps page) and just thought I'd send you an e-mail to thank you for saving me from buying many dud products over the last couple of years.

I think it is fantastic that you will rip apart any release which is not up to the standards that we fans should expect. I particularly loved your Red Dwarf DVD reviews. I agree that the episodes are great, but the extras are pants. I love the way you guys are very firm and thorough in your reviews.

I used to regularly check your reviews sections (something which I now only have to do once a week thanks to your excellent e-mail bulletin) and have always find your impartial approach to be above other sites and, dare I say, some magazines.

Please keep up the good work.
