Dear Sci-fi Online

Just wanted to thank you guys from stopping me from buying season one of Stargate SG-1.

I read your review and decided not to bother. Then a friend of mine received a copy for Christmas. I watched one episode and that was enough. I can't believe how bad the repro is on the discs.

Why is it that DVD producers are releasing DVDs which are obviously well below standard? Thanks for saving me some money though.
