Lakeshore Records release Andy Hull and Robert McDowell's score for Swiss Army Man. Outrageously fun and deeply affecting, the movie is a gonzo buddy comedy that is bursting with limitless creativity in both form and content. It goes from the absurd to the emotional to the whimsical to the profound and back again.  Hank is stranded on a deserted island, having given up all hope of ever making it home again.  But one day everything changes when a corpse, which Hank decides to name Manny, washes up on shore; the two become fast friends, and ultimately go on an epic adventure that will bring Hank back to the woman of his dreams...

If you've seen the movie, then Andy Hull and Robert McDowell's score for Swiss Army Man will be one that you embrace immediately. If you haven't seen the film then it takes a little longer to get into. This is a mellow, trippy, fun album which captures the spirit of the movie perfectly.

The score contains 24 tracks (47 min, 14 sec) and features the single 'Montage', with vocal performances by the film’s stars Daniel Radcliffe and Paul Dano. Highlights include 'Cotton Eye Joe'; 'Jurassic Park'; 'Montage'; 'Goodbye - Hello'; and 'Finale'.

At its heart, this is a lovingly crafted, beautiful score with some intricate themes.
